How is that going to help countries environments? That would just be inviting other countries to march in and mess them up.
The best way to improve the environment is to upgrade the missile defence system. The old ‘pits’ - the nuclear devices in the warheads - are full of plutonium, and this can be recycled to make fast breeder reactors. The resulting clean nuclear power will solve the countries problems. Mo Fayed

Why convert to ethanol? The vehicles are designed for a wide variety of fuels centered on diesel and the DoD produces the diesel and jet fuel from bio-mass waste at military camps through Diversified Energy’s Hydromax gasifier and Velocys Microchannel Fischer Tropsch reactors. Can’t get more eco friendly then fuel from garbage.
Besides our current environmental and economic woes are just a manifestation of the Parable of the Commons where actions in the interests of the individual exhaust the resources for all with tragic consequences.
