men have it soooooo easy when money is tight, women will except anything cheap or homemade if it’s sentimental or thoughtful, but what do i get my husband? he doesn’t like cheap things and he doesn’t have all those “man hobbies” all the websites list, I mean really does anyones husband want golf memorabilia and tools?
he doesn’t golf
he doesn’t do any more construction than he has to, it’s not a hobby it is a chore
he isn’t crazy for cars
he doesn’t fish or hunt
he likes:
anime
video games
rock music
pin up girls
looking good
going for hikes/ walks/ a little biking mostly in town
sci-fi
electronics
nothing cheap!
any ideas, i need help. I lost my job, and can’t get him anything he wants!
thanx for all the help so far i’ve gotten a lot of good ideas! i think i was just being a little pesimistic, about what he’d like because i feel like i let him down by losing my job. and to those whose answers were not helpful and extremely offensive, I”m very sorry that you are so lonely that you have nothing better to do. and that you are intolerant enough in this day and age to go around using the term “fag” so loosely.

    burn him some CDs of favorite songs
    buy a new sexy outfit for you to wear and wrap it up along with some “Love Coupons” for naughty stuff, massages, dinner of your choice, control of the remote all day, etc.

    Get him a gift card he can use to buy what he wants from his favorite electronics, game, music, bike, clothing, or beauty shop!

    If he likes video games buy him a new one. There are lots of games that don’t cost more than $40. If he plays games that have a fee, buy him some game time. You could also buy him an anime dvd.

    Another idea, corny I know, make him a coupon book of all sorts of things you could do for him. It could be things from housework to a night of fantasy sex.

    He sounds way too hard to please. Just agree that you aren’t getting each other anything this year. Sorry, I just have no ideas since you said he doesn’t like anything cheap. Maybe cook him a meal be his love slave for a night.

    if he likes video games so much get him a gift card to blockbuster so he can rent some games he doesnt have.

    make him some chocolate covered strawberries

    Plan a weekend away

    We always think our husbands don’t appreciate the cheap stuff buy that is what my husband always tells me.. he says if I have to get him something to bake him a rum cake.. it isn’t something I would normally do for him.. but I of course always buy him a gift usually something he drops hints at then then when he opens it I bought the wrong thing and think ” hmmm I should’ve stuck with the rum cake) ..lol
