.Success is luck ask any failure. You have to want it. Most ball players I know tell me it the long games that matter. build up on your stamina. Backlog

Hitting: well nothing better than good ole’ BP

Power: some waits and again more BP, if you are using Metal bats. Try taking BP with a wood bat. Try not to break it, So when you go back to the metal bat you actually will be stepping out and moving around to get the ball on the sweet spot.

Field: lots of ground balls, and also understand your position.

Run: just build leg strength: stair running, squats, watever

Throwing: You probobly already know this but having a “good arm” comes from a few things 1) having good flowing mechanics 2) having a strong lower body 3) having cordination with upper and lower body and 4) understanding what everything does when your throwing Jackson M

hit-hit off tee tony gwynn did it 200 times a day

power- lots of bp and again tee

field- tons of ground balls- ozzie smith took 300 ground balls b4 each game

    run- run almost every day

arm- throw two long toss sessions a week. start short, get warm, then start scooting back a bit and keep scooting back after each throw. crow hop when needed. when u get to a spot where it is a stretch to throw that far, walk it in. u will see results in arm strength in only like 2 wks in how far u can throw Riley D

If you want a good arm, you have to throw everyday. Get resistence bands to do shoulder strengthening. To improve your running, run a lot of sprints. Really focus on getting a quick first step. If you want to be a good hitter, make sure you get plenty of swings. Swing a bat all day whether it is BP or dry swings. When you take BP, don’t pull the ball. Hit everything to the opposite field in the gap. This will help you when you face a pitcher with good off-speed stuff. Power will come. Look at most major league hitters minor league stats. They didn’t hit 40 hrs in the minors. They learned to hit line drives and have bat control. As they moved up the ladder they got stronger and learned to hit for power. As you develop as a player, you can add the power. For now, just hit line drives and work on the other tools. throw_strikes2006

Ok. Hitting. TEE WORK! That is what you need, do it untill you have the same swing, over and over.Power will come. To field have someone just go outside with you and hit grounders, and pop-ups to you. And also, a good throwing arm, is to long toss 10-12 times a day. I did this, and got my pitching miles per hour from 50 to about 70. And Im only 13. So, Remeber these and don’t give up. Kellan J
