The best way to start a business (S corp) under 18 in MN?

I want to start A Construction business in MN, I will be doing mostly subcontracting for four or five contractors that i know, I Have done a lot of homework on this, I am not just some kid starting a Business as a joke! I have work lined up, I have tools, I have exp, I have earned all the overhead that I need, I can get insurance with 1 more phone call. The problem is that I am 17 I will turn 18 in 4 months, but i would like to get it now, So my real question is how do i get an S Corp while I am 17?

    Also is the City of Chicago website found at
    Click on the link for employers and then for starting a small business. Even if this isn’t your town they have a great section with step by step instructions.

    As for making your business successful, well, that is completely up to you and how much work you put into it. The more planing the better your chance.

    Also, you can not start a business until you are 18. Sorry, but there is no way around it. What you can do however is start planning your business now and get everything ready to submit. Then once you turn 18 you can start that week.
