After thirty plus years of observation (and a few days answering questions here) I have concluded that requiring all males between the age of 15 and 30 to masturbate before being allowed to socially interact with the general population would be the best way to measurably reduce incidences of crime, unwanted pregnancy and general idiot behaviour. At thirty this requirement would be suspended for most males with the following exceptions (these men would be required to appear before a board for individual evaluation):
Active Duty Military
Truck Drivers
Construction workers
Professional athletes
My basis for singling out these trades is purely empirical having worked extensively and acquired leadership positions in three of the four.
I’m not putting this out as a cure-all but I really do think it would have a measurable positive affect on many current social ills (Teen pregnancy, aggressive driving, nose picking at red lights, etc…). Your thoughts?
