What is the power saw called with the mini circular rotating blade - its the size of a screwdriver?
It looks like a screw driver and at the top its a small disk blade which rotates? What is it called?

Ever since my wife first used my Dewalt drill driver, that’s the tool for everything! Even if it’s just a screw that needs a little tightening, and a regular screwdriver would do, she breaks out the heavy equipment.
I have the full compliment of accesories. Drill bits, screw driver heads,etc.
I will say this. We had an old dog house that was coming appart. She went at it with some wood screws and the Dewalt,and it’s not going to fall apart now…lol
Anyone else’s wife or gf like this?

I want to know specifications for power drill and screwdriver combo tool which can be used for basic home use.

Example: Fixing a shelf i.e, drill first and then screw.

I have a black and decker screw driver and I cant figure out how to change out those little grey things, Ive tried everything I can think of if anybody could help that would be Amazing
