Is there a power tool for floor Grout removal?

Have 1/4 inch floor grout that needs to be redone is there a power tool to do this? Not a drentel or anything like that its much to slow. Would a skil saw with a masonry blade work for this? How much needs to be removed or how thick does the new grout need to be so that it will stay in place?

30 cuts meaning, i have 15- 2″X8″X8′ and need to make a simple curve cut on each end.
