i want to get set of 18 volt cordless power tools, but i am too cheap to buy them all at once. Can i buy them from differnet brands and still expect the batteries to be interchangable?

And if so is there a name for these kind of people

Inanimate objects such as power tools. I seem to remember a chainsaw/wood-saw? (not those big ones) flying through the air and wind up inside a guy and cuts him all up.

do the multifunction oscillating power tools really work good? like the ones that sand,cut,saw,grind all of that stuff?

I have an older home, 1977 to be exact. The last owners put in beautiful brickwork in front of the house. However the cottonwood tree roots have distroyed it. I need to remove it hopefully without renting a jackhammer, becasue I’m a girl who doesn’t play with power tools well. Any ideas what the easiest way to resolve this is?
It’s in mortor, and no I don’t want to learn how to play with tools. I don’t want to deal with a jack hammer.

I want to build my own longboard. Unfortunately, I don’t have anywhere to cut the wood that isn’t private or owned by the school. I’ve looked around in Old Dominion Universities policies and regulations handbook and nothing in there says anything about using power tools on campus. I just need to use a jigsaw and a drill. I don’t want to infringe on any regulations, but I’ve asked around, and it seems that no one knows. Can I just go outside and start cutting the wood?

I recently found an old computer in storage and got it running. Now I’m downloading Fedora and I plan to put it on a disk and boot my comp with it. First, though, I want to delete all of the old files, software, hardware, everything- including my old OS. However, upon going to google the best advice I could find regarding completely obliterating my computer’s innards required the use of Power Tools. So, advice?

have woodshop class in school and want something cool easy and fun to build we had saws and power tools. Any suggestions?
