Hi,
Think you have a small company that works as a subcontractor with big companies in Construction and electrical fields, You recieve some money in advance and the rest at end of project.
You have three or four small projects and you can’t control all of them so you place three persons for leading each project and you give them money to buy any thing needed for completion of project like tools and materials, So my question is what system I must use to have the expenses under control?
please give some detail.
