ruler and compass construction software?

I am looking for a tool that will let me do ruler and compass constructions on my pc. I specifically need something that has a virtual compass tool. I do not want one with primitives implemented like (bisectors, tangents) etc. Thanks much

You might want to repost this is the architecture or computers section. I know they use this kind of stuff for architecture computer programs.
Try Geometry’s SketchPad, Maple7, and maybe MATLAB.
Matlab is very expensive if you are only deciding to use it for ruler and compass constructions, I do not recommend it however, the other two should be fine.
