Power tools image resizer?

I’ve read when you right click the menu pops up to resize the image. For me, this only happens when i right click the image full size in the picture viewer. Are you supposed to be able to right click on just the icon or thumbnail to resize?

Not sure but it doesn’t matter anyway as long as you can resize the image anyway.. Gerard K
