I bought one last summer and really not bad.One must master the tool itself.I’m not 100% sold on it but I haven’t mastered it yet. It’s really pricey and not a toy for those not using it.Perhaps one day I will get it.

If you want to slip your flooring under the jambs and casings use a Bosch Flush Cut or commonly called Jamb Saw. The Multi-Master isn ridiculously expensive, the attachments and sanding pads wear out quick and are costly, and the tool heats up to where you can barely hold on to it after extended use.

This tool doesn’t do anything my other tools can’t do better. Billy Mays should be doing the infomercials for it and instead of 29.99 he can step up and say, “it can be yours for 299.99 plus shipping in three easy payments”.

MultiMaster will deal with any cuts requiring the ability to plunge straight into the material better than anything. It will cut right up to the edge which is why I bought one. It has repaid the outlay time and time again by handling projects no other design can. Arthur G
