    Well building any type of website generally requires it to be in HTML Code. Of course there are programs that do all the programming for you and you just use a visual layout and choose what you want it to look like. A good program is Macromedia Dreamweaver 8. Although, it costs a lot of money to buy it.
    It’s too bad it’s illegal to download it through Bit Torrent.
