I have a power point presentation which i need to redact(mask out) some words.any tools available?

You could convert it to pdf, and use the Tools>Drawing markups to place blacked out rectangles over the words you don’t want, then use the snapshot tool and paste it into powerpoint Charlie Bucket
I you want to strike through the word so you can still read it, just use the line tool on the drawing toolbar. If you want to show that a word belongs there, but is hidden, use the drawing toolbar, draw a box, and change the fill color to whatever color you want. Then copy the box and paste it on each word you want hidden. You can adjust the size of the box for smaller words by selecting the box, selecting and hold Ctrl and Shift at the same time, then grab one of the white dots on the side of the box and slide it left or right to adjust over the word. If you are trying to take out a particular word throughout the presentation because you want to delete it, do a Control H, type in the word you want to change and leave the replace section blank, it will delete the word throughout the document. km626
