You could use a wood carving tool they are only a couple bucks at some place like walmart. It will stink but get the job done. rodeomommy1

First use a compass to make the outline of the hole. Then heat up a knife over fire and melt your way through the plastic where your outline was drawn. Taylor C

A bit and brace which is a hand powered drill or take the lid off the computer and burn the hole through the case with a blow torch if the metal is thin anough you could use a ice pick and hammer then wollow out the hole best thing go to walmart buy a cordless drill drill the holes then take the drill back to walmart and get your money back abramelin_the_wise_mage

You can use a punch to make a hole for the blade then use a coping saw to make the hole the size you want. But if you’re going to be doing much stuff like this you should really invest in a Dremel. Clyde S

I know it’s kind of a power tool, but get your hands on a dremel. They’re really easy to work with, and cut metal like buttah. And best of all, they’re cheep! Less than 50 bucks on line! Lux

You need a hole saw. They come in different sizes. Put it in a cordless drill and you will be done in a snap. Perfect hole and very simple. If you don’t want to use the cordless drill use a brace and bit. Tommy M
