How can I drill a hole in a glass bottle WITHOUT a power tool?
Brian asked:
I need to be able to put a hole about the size of a sharpie into a glass wine bottle without breaking it, and only using everyday, household materials. Does anyone have any guides, or links showing how to do this?

There are a few ways to do that only with “household materials” but you can use also various bits and hole saws mounted in regular drills or Dremels (diamond and/or masonry) slowly and with a lubricant like oil or water.
The first way involves using quick taps with either an angled medium? Phillips screwdriver and a small hammer, or better a nail setter plus a hammer. Diane B.
