I am 25 years old young blood guy. Its been 7 years now i am addicted to mastrubition, in my early days i used to mastrubit 3-4 times a day, my penis strength has been reduced day by day, and i have lost almost all strength now. I am planning to get marry in coming months. I have been involved insex for last 18 months, my manhood never been the same as it was few years back. moreover i am not the same long runner as used to be earlier days. I have used my tool very much i know, m really tensed now a days as i am not sure if i can satisfy my girl. please let me know some tips i can do about it, i am really getting depressed day by day. need your help desperately.     You need to see a councelor, and reduce your masturbation, probably slowly, like from 3 x a day to 1 a day. But only if you find out why it’s such a need for you to do so often, it probably wont be easy to stop. You also need to be upfront with your girl, and honest about this problem. If you’re going to marry her, she needs to know these things, and she might want to or need to go to councelor with you. :) good luck

    I’ve been in this situation before bro. It killed a great relationship I was in. I had no choice but to make some positive changes in order to get this part of my life handled. So here goes:

    1. Cut down on jerkin’ it because you’re not going to stop it altogether overnight.

    2. Try to pursue a more balanced diet.

    3. Do about 20 mins of cardio a day, or any exercise. It will naturally boost your confidence and libido after a few days.

    4. If you are a heavy smoker and drink a lot, cut down on that as well.

    Try all these for a week and see how you feel. You’ll be glad you did.
