Alpine asked:

The owner at a pawn shop called my dad and said he some guy came in her selling some tools and I heard rumers that he stole them from you will you come down here and see if there yours so he did and it was his tools worth a few hundred dollars or more so my dad called the police and they showed up there and he got a court date and he ran to another state and the polce caught him, arrested him and put him in jail and took him back here till his court date which makes me think he could of been on probation when he was caught this time because he does have a history of drug use but for someone to run outta state over a few hundred dollars worth of stolen things is a little much.. but what do you think will happen to him in court if he wasn’t on probation and if he was?
He got arrested outta state by the way, guessing cause he ran which could that make things worse?
