have woodshop class in school and want something cool easy and fun to build we had saws and power tools. Any suggestions?

I have an idea on a few but there are many planes and don’t know which are best, so let me know what other stuff i’ve missed?
Planes( rabbit,block,router…)
hand powered drill + bits
Drawknive vs spokeshave

gauge
others i’ve missed

Instead of carving a shape with a scroll saw what hand tools could i use instead.
Any besides a knife?
Instead of boring out a half circle in a piece of wood with a router what hand tool could i use?
Any besides a gouge chisel?

I need to be able to put a hole about the size of a sharpie into a glass wine bottle without breaking it, and only using everyday, household materials. Does anyone have any guides, or links showing how to do this?

I want to just go to home depot and get a circular saw or corded drill. i live in NJ and almost everything is illegal here accept guess what….. Bestiality yup it true. and can i buy shanks for my jigsaws?

I got enough money, Just snowed like 2 feet and made like 70 bucks, im buying cheapy tools

cuz my drill broke nd i dont hav the mony too get a new 1 but i gut sumthin i need to do
i dont wanna break it i wanna put a hole in it

im trying to handcraft some earings (plugs) and for the time being i dont want to use any power tools. does anyone have any advice on how to get a precise rounded piece of wood? ive been using compases, rulers, squares, files, sandpaper, all sorts of things and the results have been frusterating.
