120v power plug in ford ranger?

i have a 2000 ford ranger. i saw on some of the newer trucks they have a 120v plug on the back of the truck. we do alot of contracting work and i was wondering if there was a way to put an outlet on the back of our ranger so we can run power tools off of the truck w/o having an ugly power inverter in the back of the bed?

Alternator to battery?
Power wire from battery to amp?
Amp to speakers?
I think this is a good start to truly figure out if someone (me) does have a lack of power issue, THANKS ALOT PEOPLE!
Please keep it simple/cheap, I’m still learning and don’t have Alto of tools.

Can you replace a fuse in the fuse holder of power cable to an amp while it is still connected to the battery?

I need to replace a fuse in this fuse holder on the power cable running to my amp.
I don’t have the tools to disconnect the power cable from the battery first…
But is it possible to just unscrew the damn fuse holder, replace the fuse, and screw it back on without any consequences?

Not looking for the most professional tools out there but need something that will get the job done and at an affordable price. Money is not a key factor in the grand scheme of things and if i have to spend more i will. How ever if these will complete this particular job then they are all i need. $50 at lowes will get me a closeout sale of a belt sander, a jis-saw and a corded-power drill. If this is a good deal or a bad one, please let me know.
