Can thirteen year old buy power tools?

I got enough money, Just snowed like 2 feet and made like 70 bucks, im buying cheapy tools

I can’t imagine it would be illegal. I bought a few power tools growing up and no one cared. Spray paint on the other hand usually has an age restriction of 18. I never lived in NJ though so the commies might have outlawed fun over there. Go in and buy the tools. The worst they can say is no. schwendelicious
